The weather in Washington, D.C. was great! The city was relatively quiet (for the weekend) and the people were super friendly. On Sunday morning I walked around to see the famous monuments that the American capital is known so well for, including the White House – which seemed a lot smaller in person than on TV. I also walked down to the US Capitol, The National Mall and the Washington Monument. Peep the pics below.  Next stop for me – some place warmer.
